Web Ordered SIM Pack

2019 - Updated 2020

Purchase a SIM plan online and you’ll receive this pack in the post. We recently refreshed our brand, so the pack above is an update of the original.

First impressions count.

Which is the reason we needed to re-think how we sent SIMs to customers. This letter could easily be mistaken for a boring old bill.

Initial concept.

We created an initial concept to share within the business and get people on board with our awesome idea. This was back in Aug 2018. Initial quotes were quite expensive and budgets wouldn’t allow for extra spend, so this was put on the back-burner for a bit.

White samples.

Roll on 2019, we’re given the go ahead. Start talking to our print manager about sizing. And then move onto making white samples. Which we of course post to make sure the perforation stays in tact - we do not want SIM’s getting popping out of their packs en route to customers.

The finished pack.

Changes needed.

One of the things we noticed was Aus Post would sometimes stick barcodes on and cover up our logo. We decided to move it up top, for version 2.0. We asked our warehouse peeps if they could left align our address.

Version 2.0

This went to print October 2020. It’s got our new branding on it but the pack has stayed the same.
